We want you to love your Date Escape products. If you're not fully satisfied, here’s how returns work:

 

1.1 Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please email us within 14 days of delivery with:

 

A description of the issue

 

Photos of the damage or fault

 

Your order number

 

 

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

 

1.2 Change of Mind

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return your physical order within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked. To qualify:

 

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

 

You must contact us first before returning.

 

 

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty.

 

1.3 Returns Address

 

We’ll provide our returns address by email once your return is authorised.

2. Digital Products (e.g. Downloadables, Guides)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund.

 

However, if you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at info@dateescape.co.uk and we’ll be happy to assist you.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
