Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Costs

UK Shipping

Standard Tracked Delivery: £2.95 (FREE on orders over £25)

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days

International Shipping

Tracked International Delivery: £9.95

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 working days

Customs and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Information

Orders are sent via tracked delivery where available.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address entry.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time:

UK: Please allow 10 working days

International: Please allow 20 working days

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging. We'll either replace the item or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
